We are looking to recruit full time Customer Success in Hanoi Office.

 

The Role Purpose

 

• To assist in class delivery and maintain close relationship with current customers

• To support the wider aims of WeGrow Edu
   

Essential Requirements

 

• Experience in sales and sales support related positions

• Love for children

• High proficiency in English

• Strong desire for learning and growth

 

Key Accountability

 

• In charge of all communications between Teaching Centre and customers

• Account tracking to ensure customer success

• Ensure safeguarding and guidelines are applied and upheld in line with standards and policy for the following areas:

•  Child Protection 

•  Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
