WeGrow Edu is the pioneering social enterprise that empowers Vietnamese youth’s development through liberal sexuality education solutions.

 

We are looking to recruit full time Facilitators in Hanoi Office.

 

The Role Purpose

 

To promote and ensure quality teaching and effective learning of students
To support the wider aims of WeGrow Edu
 

Essential Requirements

 

At least 2 years of experience in facilitating courses or workshops

High proficiency in English
Undergraduate Degree
Experience in teaching relevant age groups of 6-15

 

Key Accountability

 

Plan, prepare and deliver classes that meets the needs of different customer groups taking into account individual learning styles.

Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to help manage students’ performance throughout the course, and actively promote learner autonomy

Support marketing and promotional strategy, and assist the teaching centre team in delivering excellent customer service

Ensure safeguarding and guidelines are applied and upheld in line with standards and policy for the following areas:
•    Child Protection 
•    Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
